 Program Objectives:

1. Analyze your thoughts and feelings and learn how they impact your outward behaviors.

2. Understand how wrong beliefs are formed, and how pain and unwanted behaviors arise.

3. Learn how CBT will impact your leadership and relate it to your daily work.

4. Apply and practice CBT tools and different techniques.

5. Practice mind management and effective emotional regulation.

6. Relate CBT to your social life and how to use it for your own development.

7. Be more agile in interpreting and dealing with different life experiences.

8. Be more self-aware as a key to all personal development and social effectiveness.

9. Boost the lessons learned to improve your performance and behaviors in your workplace.

10. Participate in after-training Group Support sessions for more practice.
